This giant pumpkin won 1st place at the Durham fair in 2023 and also set the fair record! Genetics are from the 1707 Casper x the legendary 2365 Wolf seed. The 2365 used to pollinate this pumpkin weighed 2344.5 pounds and came in 10th place in the world!
The genetics of this seed are incredible, the Wolf seed sells for over $700 per seed on average and is now nearly impossible to obtain. Together with the great genetics of the 1707 Caspers, this is the must have seed for future generations.Each packet contains 2 - giant pumpkin seeds.

Planting Instructions
- Direct sow or start indoors 2 weeks prior to planting. Seeds need consistent warmth to germinate, placing them in a windowsill will not generate enough heat and is not recommended.
- Choose a sunny location and plant 2 weeks after all danger of frost has passed.
- Sow 4 seeds per hill with pointed end facing down 6” apart, placed 1” deep. Keep moist but not wet.
- Outdoor soil temperature must be 65 degrees Fahrenheit or higher for germination of seeds.
- Seedlings will sprout in 10-14 days.
- For best results allow only 1 pumpkin per vine.
